Lucy Buckley
Lucy specializes in managing change, continuous improvement and leadership effectiveness. She assists executives and teams to plan and effectively implement strategies to improve productivity and decision quality, and to develop the leadership, management and high performance teamwork skills to support significant business improvements.
Prior to beginning her own consulting business, Lucy led Organization and Management Development functions for two Fortune 500 companies, and conducted executive development seminars for the Colorado Outward Bound School. For 12 years she served on a national team of consultants that assisted General Electric to implement the Chairman’s long-term strategies for productivity improvement and corporate culture change (using Work-Out! and the Change Acceleration Process). She co-developed and delivered GE’s Facilitation Skills Workshop and served for 10 years on the global faculty of GE’s New Manager Development Program. Lucy assists numerous companies in adapting and implementing Change Leadership and Work-Out! processes to address key business issues. She is also known for designing and managing Future Search conferences and helping organizations translate these futures into programs, processes and behaviors to realize the changes.
Lucy received her M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado and her B.A. from the University of Kansas.
